Which is better?

I posted some of the pics I took of my daughter the other day. Everyone gave me some great feedback on the pictures and I plan on using that feedback next time we go out and take pictures.

But I am going to print a few that I did take. But I can't decide between these 2 that I like best. Opinions?

she's such a cutie you have an unfair advantage but i think i like the second. the first is a little washed out looking and she doesn't look as comfortable/naturally posed as in the second.

I like the top one. Very cute!

I like the 2nd one for expression and sharpness. The top one is way out of focus for my taste.

Both are good, Just keep the eyes in focus. Eyes are a focal point. Another nice thing about these pictures, she isn't looking at the camera. The out of focus background draws attention to her.

Maybe take the second shot again, same pose but move her more to the left in the picture. Use the rule of thirds. Here is a good read on it.
