Character Dinner, hands down. They are more expensive than the breakfasts (the only exceptions would be the princess breakfasts at $22! which is the same as LTT or GG)
I am not that familiar with the plan but I have found that I would rather spend the money on a character dinner where I will actually eat something. Breakfast is usually fruit and muffin or something similar where paying for a character breakfast is just crazy for us. I just go to see the characters anyway!
We are also using the plan during our annual April visit, and doing exactly the same thing! We'll pay cash for Donalds breakfast, and use the plan for the more expensive dinners.
Definitely use the plan for a character dinner. If you use it for breakfast you might lose money on the plan for the day. We paid out of pocket for our lunch at Crystal Palace for that reason and used the plan for dinners only. We always came out ahead.
