which is better - hoopdedoo or mickey's bbq

am going on our first wdw trip with me and 3 kids 14, 9, 5

on our nonpark day want to do either the hoop de doo or mickeys bbq -

what are the pros and cons to each - any help would be GREATLY appreciated
