Which is better, French Quarter or Riverside?

I may also be partial to Riverside because Boatwrights has banana stuffed french toast at breakfast

Ditto about the banana stuffed french toast at breakfast. We've stayed there twice. Both times were great. This year we're at BC but kids have requested that we make a trip back for breakfast - french toast.

You guys aren't making this easy for me you know. But that's alright, I've got until Aug. to make up my mind.
Does anyone know if refrigerators come standard at either of these hotels or must I request for one? And how about microwaves?
