which is better: CSR's Maya grill or CBR's full svc restaurant??

This might be a tough one for replies, as I don't believe too many folks would have tried both. The restaurant at CBR is fairly new, while the Maya Grill (after it's menu change) hasn't gotten many reviews on the boards. WE used to gothere a lot, but haven't returned since they changed the menu.

We have dined at Maya before the menu change. DH dined at Shutter's last month. Comparing Maya from when we were there (probably not fair since we haven't been there recently) and his dinner last month he would give it to Shutter's hands down. He has no desire to eat at Maya again. (EXCEPT for breakfast!) Hopefully you can find someone that has experienced Maya recently and Shutter's as well. I wasn't sure you would so I thought I'd tell you what I do know. Good luck!

Well, we tried Maya Grill during our stay at CSR this past August (post menu change). The food was fine and service was excellent. I had a grilled salmon dish with veggies and potato, my fiancee had a filet mignon or some other type of steak and said it was great. It seemed, in my opinion, that it was basic dinner food that you could get anywhere--it wasn't as "latin-inspired" as the previous menu, and I think I would have liked that better. Again though, food was very good, but was pretty basic. I would eat there again if I stayed at CSR. I have no reviews on Shutters--in fact I'm looking for some myself! Hope this helps a little!
