Which is better a pool or garden view at BWV?

We just bought a resale and were trying to get a standard view or boardwalk view but they were not available when we were able to make our reservation. So we currently have a pool/garden view room reserved. My question is what do people think is better to try and request. I know nothing is a guarantee but I was curious if people seem to like a pool or garden view better. Which do you think would give a better view of the canal? I know we also want a balcony so that is another consideration. Our little one will only be about 1.5 years old at the time so I am not sure how much time we would actually spend in the pool. Anybody have any pictures that show the difference between the pool and garden view?

the pools are the main pool and community pool

the garden view could be the courtyard or the lagoon view going to Studios.
