Which is best?

We're thinking of doing out rehearsal dinner for 20 guests at one of the following:
Whispering Canyon
Cape May's
Big River Grill
Boatwright's

My questions are:
Which one has the best food, value, and atmosphere combination?
When should we book the reservation if our wedding is November 27th?

Definitely NOT Big River. It's not a Disney restaurant and it is not anywhere near Disney standards.
The Cape May Cafe is a really nice place with a great seafood buffet every evening. The Cape May Clam Bake has a wide variety of both seafood and non-seafood offerings so everyone will find something they like.
