I am not a frequent hotel guest, but I have a feeling that many of you here are so I would like your opinion. Which of the hotel companies do you think does the best job of training its employees in customer service and why? I am pretty happy to wait on myself, but I sure like feeling safe away from home so that is reason enough for me to pay up for a more highly rated hotel with more skilled staff or skip the trip.
