Which hotel ?

Quick question, we will be a total of 6, two adults and 4 teenagers ages 17 and 18. Which would you guys pick between two rooms (suites) at the Buena Vista Suites getting two rooms for plent of space and to have 2 bathrooms to speed things up in the mornings OR one 2 bedroom villa next door at the Caribe Royale Villas ? The money is pretty close, so which one ? I realize staying at the Caribe offers no free breakfast where Buena Vista does. Help ?

The teenagers are all the same gender? Even if they are, I'd go for a 3br 3ba. The third bath will make all the difference. If they are not the same gender, then you absolutely need a third bedroom and bath.
