Which hotel to book???

Any help from the people in disboard land would be greatly appreciated...

Narrowed 3 choices to the following:
1. Disneyland hotel - regular room
2. New York - Compass Club
3. Newport Bay - Compass Club

All the same price for December this year...I know NY is undergoing construction, but have stayed there before and liked it. It is a choice between Compass Club v regular room (NY/Newport v Disneyland); and possibility of construction noise v recently renovated (NY vs Newport).

Disneyland Hotel for Christmas! You'll get a DLH fastpass per day. The only thing that won't be included is breakfast, but you could always upgrade to a meal plan if that's important to you. I understand that they will close the HNY when they start the refurbishment so there shouldn't be any construction noise.

Personally I think I would go with the NY or NPB but go with a Christmas room rather than Compass Club. I'd probably edge more towards NPB because of the construction though.

The DLH would be great too but if you're spending your evenings in the village it means walking all the way back in the cold!
