Not necessarily has the most rooms, but the greatest capacity (# of guests)?

Well, technically the one with the most rooms would have the greatest capacity. If you think of the All Stars as one hotel they would have the largest capactiy at 5,760 rooms. But the largest hotel by itself is Pop Century with 2,880 rooms (currently and more being added)

This is yet another of those "well, it depends" things. If Port Orleans is considered a single resort with two sections, then it has 3056 rooms. But the two sections still have separate check-in areas, as well as distinct logos, so we probably need to look at them as two distinct resorts.

After POP, the next largest resort in terms of rooms is CBR with 2112. PO Riverside has 2048 rooms, but about half of those can sleep five, so this resort would actually be able to house more guests than CBR.

It's rare to find a WDW-related question with a simple answer, isn't it?
