which has better pool California grand or DH

I'm thinking about taking my kids to Disneyland without my hubby. I think I may be crazy. Which hotel has a better pool and counter service food options for kids? The hotel prices are pretty similar.

Please Help. Let me know what you liked about each.

Pool DHL, CS GCH. Be aware though, disney has announced it is changing the pools at the disneyland hotel. It was not specific about when but the have done some light prep work already I would guess in the fall the whole interior area will be a workzone.

We went to DLH last year and really enjoyed the pool and the oversized hot tub. The grounds were nice as well. We are blessed to being staying at GC this year and have about 38 more sleeps till we arrive.

When are you going? Like the above poster stated the DLH is renovating this fall.
