Which Grand Villa is best..

Well in my opinion, having a pool table room that no other grand villa has like the Jambo AK GV makes that the best GV, and I have never stayed in a GV yet. The GF media room is nice for the GF GV, but the pool table is the really only extra out of all of them aside from location IMO.

The Pool Table room is why we're booking this 3 Br - I honestly didn't know it was considered a GV.

The one you can get.

Grand Villas can be difficult to rent. They take a LOT of points for an entire week, and many members don't have that many points that they are looking to rent out. Depending on the resort and the season, they can book quickly (but we book GVs at our home which is BWV - and those GVs tend to go quicker than most)

We've stayed in GVs at BLT and Jambo. Both were great in their own ways. If I was forced to choose, I'd pick the BLT GV over Jambo. We own at BLT and really love the walk to MK. There is nothing better than going back to the room after the fireworks and not having to fight the crowds for transportation. We also liked watching fireworks from our room!

VGF GV has a steam shower in the master bath. It's a really nice extra once you figure out how to work it.

On my DVC tour of it, the DVC guide called it a "car wash", it's so big.
I liked the one at Kidani because although it was 2 story, it gave you the option of getting to the second floor via an elevator. I don't know whether that was unique to that GV (although it wasn't HA) or true of all Kidani GVs.

I think most 2 story GV will have doors that go to the hallway from the upper part, but I thought that most are exit only, no door key to get in.

Likewise the unique dedicated media room makes VGF special. I can imagine between sleeping on the couch in the communal room in most grand villas or instead being able to close a door and have some privacy I know what I’d prefer if you have a lot of guests.

I’m full on board with pool table that sounds so fun for a group. Wrong coast , but Grand Cal also has a pool table. Woot.
Many years the GV @ BWV had a pool table.

Sadly, the BWV 2-story GV (2 out of the 7 total GV there) do not have an entrance to the 2nd floor from the hallway. The only access is via the internal stairs.
