Which FP+ strategy - AK or MK?

Already have FP+s for EE, Dinosaur and KS at AK for the Wed am of our trip during the first week of Dec. we plan on heading to MK around noon. The planning sites suggest wait times at AK (it's an EMH morning) will be minimal so I'm considering changing my FP+s to afternoon/evening rides (Space, Splash, TMRR) at MK. Which would you do?

Change them to MK like @mesaboy2 has mentioned. Lines at MK will be much longer at that time of day and you will appreciate having those FP+'s in hand when you arrive.

I agree with everyone else.

Your best order at AK for shortest waits would be :
1) Safari (right at rope drop)
2) Everest
3) Dinosaur

Another vote for switching.

In my experience AK gets the least amount of people for RD. Ive been able to do the RD there do the safari first thing when the animals are most active and then hit ME and Dinosaur multiple times before 11 rolls around and the park starts to get to its hottest point.

If your going to arrive at MK around lunch time your going to be hitting the peak times of the day when you arrive and those fast passes will be more valuable when lines are at their highest.

This January, I was able to do those 3 in about an hour on an EMH day. One more vote for MK.

Hey we'll be there the same day! We're doing Epcot in the morning but will be at MK at night.

You will barely need FP for AK in the morning. Just ride the Safari first as it will get the longest line earlier. The other rides you should have no problems with that early.

I would also aim for MK but schedule early afternoon FP and then try to pick up extra FP for later afternoon / evening
