Which flight info to enter when requesting Magical Express??

Sorry if this is a stupid question, but I'm hoping someone knows for sure what the answer is. When finalizing your Disney reservations, and you are adding your flight information for Magical Express, which flight number and city do you use? Our flights for this trip have one stop each way. Do you enter the flight number for your departure flight from your hometown? Or do you enter the information from the second leg of your flight? My thinking was to use the information from the first leg of the flight, but I was wondering if anyone knew for sure. Thanks!

Specify the flight that arrives at Orlando International (on your check-in day) and the flight that departs from Orlando International (on your check-out day).
