Which Fastpasses are disconnected?

I'm trying to do our Ridemax planning for our DL trip in two weeks. Can anyone tell me which rides' fastpasses are disconnected from the rest of the system in both parks? Thanks in advance for any help!

Roger Rabbit has been disconnected for years. California Screamin has been disconnected in recent months.

Okay, never been to Disneyland. Only Disney World. What does it mean to be disconnected? Does that mean I can get a fast pass to that particular ride AND another ride at the same time?

Yes. If you get a FP for BTMRR at 10AM, and the FP says you cannot get another FP for anything until 11AM, you can then walk over to Roger Rabbit and get a FP at 10:01AM regardless. It is like it is on another network. It is an unpublished idiosyncrasy at DLR I have never seen at WDW.
