EDIT: Pictures fixed! Sorry. So I talked to my WC Pam and she reminded me how we haven't picked our venue yet for the ceremony (although we have plenty of time). So I asking my fellow DisBrides their opinions. Which venue would you pick: Morocco (Like Carrie's), China or Japan (either the garden or the archway). Any if anyone has pictures from their wedding, I would be extremely grateful! :flower3:

Here are some pictures from Pam:

Japanese Gardens:

Morocco (I love how my WC gave me Lurkyloo's/Carrie's pics! I was like...I know that orange and turquoise!)

China (you can either choose the courtyard or the gate/archway)

Or the Japanese archway, where you can see the globe in between it.
But I can't find a good picture, but Vanessa (Figment Fan) posted one on my PJ

And in China, you can be married inside the pavilion:

I haven't voted yet because I can't see the pictures. Is it just me?

I can see them! :confused3

Pam rocks btw! She's my WC too! I loved Moracco since Carrie's wedding, but the Japanese gardens are beautiful as well... decisions, decisions... :goodvibes

Alright! Yay for pictures! :thumbsup2

I found the Japanese torii (arch) picture in your PJ too, but I voted for the Japanese gardens! :lovestruc

You can't go wrong with any of your ideas.
China looks really pretty, and it works for both an outdoor and a rain backup.
The Japan Gardens are beattiful and peaceful.
The Japan archways is also beautiful, I'm still thinking about it. It also offers a slight view of Spaceship Earth.
Morrocco is also nice. It's unique and colorful.

So I'm no help. I'm going threw the same back and forth between Japan Archway and Morrocco, and Itlay Isola.

I vote for the China courtyard, in front of the temple, because it is so colorful and looks GREAT in pictures (like in reflections in the ponds on either side :lovestruc) and I've never seen an outdoor wedding there. :goodvibes

I voted for Morocco those covered chairs are amazingly beautiful...I cant imagine anything better @ Epcot (all this from a non experience soon to be DB)

I voted Japan Gardens but am torn between Morocco and China courtyard. I need to know your wedding vibe to really decide. :lmao:

I went with Italy cause of the style of my dress and we couldn't have Canada but then I love my pics in Japan and really love our pics in Morocco. We had time to kill so I said lets do some pics in Morocco and those turned out to be some of my favorites. I am no help at all. :rotfl:

I picked Morocco simply because I got engaged there!

How's THAT for a reason?

I picked the Japanese gardens = but I love them all I don't think you can make a bad choice :goodvibes

I'm not sure about the vibe myself. We're not really dramatic, so we don't want this huge bold statement. It's going to be smaller, around 40-50 people. We want something formal but not really, romantic and natural. So all of those lead me towards the garden, but I do love China and Morocco as well. I loved your wedding Carrie! But those chair covering were extra right? Were they a large increase? I'm sure I'll find it in your posted budget. I'm surprised you voted for China instead of Morocco. I love how unique China is, but the problem is since there aren't any photos of weddings, it's hard to tell how it will look.

Thank you all for your responses!! I can't wait to read more.

They're all really lovely, but if you are going for an understated look, I'd go with the Japanese Gardens for the ceremony...

Where are you having your reception? That pic of the China Pavilion is gorgeous!!

If you don't want a bold statement, I say the garden.

The chair covers are $8.50 each.

Just imagine a bunch of chairs in the walkway and you're good to go! :rotfl:

The thing about the chair covers is, I would have used them no matter where we got married inside Epcot because the chairs are ugly black plastic ones that look like the kind you can buy at Home Depot.

$8.50 is not so bad, but I bet those costs can add up. I think the gardens are awesome, but China and Morocco are awesome.

Haha, I don't know if my imagination is that good! Are the black plastic chairs that bad???

i think the japanese gardens would be great for pictures

I agree. I hope we can get pictures there regardless!
