Your post reallybothers me, because they SHOULD understand the product!
My experience last week was that they do not. At least the one CM that I was asking at the Villa's checkin desk was clueless, perhaps the other one at the desk was more knowledgable but was busy. I was asking my burning geeky question, about the ded. 2 bdrm w/2Q's locations. She had no clue this was a room type available. However I did get to see that they did have the three different unit floor plans with different codes for the 2 bedroom units. However the 2Q rooms were not shown on the map of the room locations.
