Which double stroller should I get? Links attached...

FYI- two of the ebay auctions that you found are actually from Albee Baby. They operate Baby Surplus on ebay. Maxoty gets mixed reviews. I don't know if your warranty would be any good if you bought from him.

I like the first two, have you checked into combi? I'm not sure of the weight limits but we love ours they fold down so small in half then in half again. I think they weigh only around 15 or 20 pounds. We have had ours for 2 years and we are happy with it and they fit thru 30 inch door ways. just a thought hope it helps. :cloud9:

I actually did consider it, but it only holds 45 pounds per seat (and DS is already 42 pounds). So that really won't work.

So....rethinking my choices. Do I really need to spend the big bucks for the Techno/Traveller, or should I be budget conscious and get the Rally Twin??

I am sooooo undecisive!!!!! :confused3

I, too was undecided between the Rally Twin and the Twin Traveller. I ended up buying a TT without having a chance to look at the RT. Shortly after we bought the TT, I saw a RT at Babies R Us so I was able to compare the two. Both look similar and fold the same, but here are my thoughts for whatever it's worth:

1. The RT feels a bit lighter that the TT, but not by much.
2. The wheels on the RT are smaller.
3. The RT's seats are narrower than the RT (probably a 1/2 inch difference for each seat, which made me glad that I have the TT since my kids a little older and bigger now).
4. The RT and the TT's recline system are different. The RT uses a buckle and strap to adjust the seat to any position, much like what my jogging stroller has. The TT uses a recline similar to the other strollers I have...a "ratchet" system (for lack of a better description) that adjusts to five positions, I believe.
5. You get more "stuff" that comes standard w/ the TT: Leg extenders on the seats, the head support, boots for each seat, bottle holder.

Both strollers steer well and are sturdy, so either one would do fine in that area. If you're worried about the color, go with what you like. :)

HTH!

Good luck with your decision.

I'm so glad that you went with the TT it sounds like you made a good choice. I could not remeber how much waight the combi holds so thanks for the info.
My guys are 30 pounds and 38 pounds. so I may only have ashort time left.
Enjoy your new stroller! :teeth:

You are so much better off with a Sit and Stand then getting a side by side double stroller where a kid who is big has to sit in a baby seat.
