which do you like better? BCV or VWL?

I like the compactness of VWL. Everything is close. Aug 13-21 we had a studio facing the Lodge, very close to the bus stop. I love that lobby. Liked taking the boat to MK

We liked the pool at BC. I liked being able to walk to both EpCot and MGM, walk around the Boardwalk, etc. Liked seeing the fireworks from either the Boardwalk bridge or BC/YC dock. But we did not like the hike down that long long long hallway (bottom of the Y). Room location could have been better.

So which do you like better?

When we have ranked the DVC resorts in the past BCV was our #2 and VWL our #3 but they were very close.

BCV - location close to two theme parks, many restaurants, boardwalk, miniature golf, SAB. Love the YC/BC/BCV theming.

VWL - incredible theming, great peaceful location close to MK, lake, wonderful walk to campgrounds. Don't own there - yet.

Well, we own at both! Our first contract, from Disney, is at BCV. We have only stayed there once (it was great!) and we have stayed at OKW once (also very nice!) Then we bought a re-sell contract at VWL and will be staying there for the first time at Christmas!!! Soooo, I guess I will let you know after that.......
