Which disney travel guide should I get?

I recommend Passporter. It has plenty of excellent information without "going overboard" and boring you with details. It's updated every year, and the authors do a good job of covering new or changed attractions.

Love the Unofficial Guide...get a new one every year...just love to read it. It has a ton of good info and is very helpful. :wave2:

We refer to the Unofficial Guide as the "WDW Bible" in our house. So I guess you know that I would reccommend getting it.

I personally LOVE Birnbaum's, it is the only one I purchase. A new one for every trip!

Another vote for Birnbaum's here! I also love their restraunt guide:)

I have them all, and like them all! Got the Passporter for our last trip and really enjoyed that one, I took notes in it while we were there, too!

Love Birnbaums!!! My husband asked me the other night if I had it memorized yet and then laughingly called me a nerd!!

I prefer Birnbaum's. It's in color, easier to carry around, and has easy to find sections. As far as content, I find the unofficial guide and Birnbaum's to be fairly similar except for the 'comments' and touring plan parts of the unofficial guide. You can find plenty of comments in this forum and others. I am not a big fan of the touring plans, and have never used one.

I like the UnOfficial Guide and the PassPorter. The Passporter goes with me to WDW so that I can use it as a trip diary. Have one for every trip. I read the UoG when the new one comes out...I like the unofficial info in it. You just have to take it all with a grain of salt. Then, we always get my dd, now 12, the Birnbaum's WDW for Kids. She loves having her own book.
