Which days for which parks?

We will be staying in a rented villa in Kissimmee from May 12th - May 19th.

We have tickets for 2 days at Disney, 5 days at USO/IOA (we'll only be using 3 days), and 1 day at SeaWorld.

What would be the best day for each park? The days at each park do not have to be consecutive as long as we go to USO/IOA 3 days within 5 days time.

Here are the days and dates we'll have for the parks.

Saturday/14th
Sunday/15th
Monday/16th
Tuesday/17th
Wednesday/18th

Friday: Disney
Saturday: Sea World
Sunday: Your Choice
Monday: Your Choice
Tuesday: Universal/IOA
Wednesday: Universal/IOA

If you only have two days at Disney, I would definitely make one of them Tuesday. Weekends are the most crowded so I would do Sea World and either IOA or US then. There is much more to see at Disney and you have planned less time there, so be careful choosing what days you pick for those parks.
