Which day would be better for a one day visit during Christmas week?

I will be at Disney from the 12/21 to the 12/26, but want to come over to see WWOHP all decorated for Christmas and see the evening lights on Hogwarts. I know it will be crazy at all parks that week but do you think Christmas Day might be better at IOA/UA vs Epcot or MK? This is a solo trip.

Christmas day will be busy everywhere, but being solo should be easier going.

I would say the earlier before xmas the better. But you are starting on a Saturday and it will likely be crazy from then on.

I went last year and came home xmas day. As it got closer and closer to xmas, the more crowded it got. But that was during the work week.

With Xmas on a Tuesday and many having the Monday off, I can see the crowds coming en masse stating Saturday. So pick the best day for you.

Thanks guys, this is pretty much what I figured. My goal for the whole week is just to drink up the Christmas atmosphere and ride what is easy to ride. Being solo really does make navigating crowds, etc. much easier. I am just wondering how a 10 at IOA/US compares to a 10 at Disney? Wish there was a way to find out but I know Disney doesn't share their numbers.

We go every year at that time of year and I find Universal not as crowded crazy as Disney.

On Christmas Eve or Christmas Day, I would not want to go to a park where I wasn’t staying onsite. I think that would make everything harder and longer. Go to UO early in the trip when the crowds will be less to deal with.
