which day, which park?

Was wondering which days we should try to stay away from a certain park, knowing already that is it is early entry it will be busier. Our trip begins on a Saturday so we are trying to decide which park to visit on our first day, although we do have hoppers and we will probably stop late afternoon to go and check into our room then head back out....any suggestions would be appreciated.

We always try to stay away from MK on weekends and Monday, has worked for us.
