Which Day is Better for Food & Wine Fest?

Hello everyone. A good friend of mine plans to attend Epcot's Food & Wine Fest and wants to know the best day. He is going with his Wife and Daughter who's 1 & 1/2 years Old. Now he was thinking of going this Sunday Nov. 12th. He asked me if that'd be a good day to go. I let him know that My Wife & I went a few weeks ago on a Sat. and it was CRAZY Busy and a lot of people got Trashed Drunk so much that we literally saw people fighting! So I wasn't sure if Sunday would be also Very Busy especially being Veteran's Day Weekend as well as the last Weekend of the Food and Wine Fest. He asked if Monday Nov. 13th would possibly be a better choice and less crowded. I would like to know any options on past experience anyone has and or suggestions in general for which day I should reccomend to him. Thanks Everyone in advance for any and all help!!

I'd say Monday too. Start as soon as it opens at 11am.

I'll just add that yesterday was absolutely horrible. Government, etc. though were celebrating Veterans Day yesterday instead of Monday like some years so I would hope Monday would be a lot better. Can guarantee today and tomorrow will be mad houses.

Monday will be slower but be aware that quite a few items are listed as Temporarily unavailable & not likely to be back this year. Salmon in Scotland with the Potato Pancake has been out the past 3 days. One of the Wines in Spain was out the other day & we haven't been back to that location but they weren't really expecting to get it back in. Some of the beer are gone. I know a couple of years ago I tried to get the Pork Belly in Brazil the last day & they were sold out.
