Which day for our 1 park day this trip?

I already asked for opinions on this but some things have changed so here I am asking again. Please humor me and give me your best advice. It's so nice to be able to ask the experts! Thanks!

On this year's trip we'll only have 1 park day which we will split between MK and probably Epcot.

Our choice of days are Monday June 6, Tues June 7, or Wed June 8. We are staying off site so no EMH for us. According to disney's website, MK has an EMH evening on Weds the 8th and no EMH morning that week.

Which day would be our best park day? We'll start at MK and hop to Epcot whenever we're ready.

Our other 3 days will be spent at Disney Quest, Typhoon Lagoon and shopping if you have any recommendations on best days for either of those.

So, Tuesday is in the lead. This was my original thought but then I thought if the EMH is at MK on the evening of the 8th(Weds), maybe this would be a good(quiet) morning to hit MK. But, I guess everybody is going with my original idea which was avoid Mondays and EMH days.

Any thoughts?

Tuesday or Wednesday - those are the serious vacationers. A lot of locals would fill up the park by adding days on to their weekends. So, my thought is less towards the middle of the week.
