Which day for MK?

Looking for advice in planning a quick long weekend trip late October 27-31. We are going to MNSSHP October 29 (Sat). I would like to spend an additional day at MK and a day at AK. Which non-party day would be more swamped at MK: Sat. Oct 28 or Mon Oct 30? EMH at MK Oct 30 too. I've read to stay away from EMH days but also stay away from Saturdays at MK (locals). Would love input from the pro's. Thank you.

I would go on the Monday over the Saturday, especially if you are a rope-drop person/early riser. If you plan on park hoppers, I'd hit MK early that day and plan on scooting along to another park (or Disney Springs possibly) by the time the sleepy-heads arrive.

I find that any day without a ticketed party at MK tends to be very crowded so this time of year, it really doens't matter which non-party day you pick. Now if your going for rides and attractions and don't care about the night entertainment, you might have a much more fruitful day at MK by picking another day the party is happening, just plan your events around it getting really busy when MNSSHP party goers start to come in at 4pm.
