Which day for Epcot and HS?

I’m trying to figure out our park reservations.
We will be at CBR arriving on a Wednesday leaving on a Saturday in July.
So that gives us Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday.
The Wednesday will be a moving day from another resort (doing a split stay).
Should we reserve Thursday for HS and Friday for Epcot? I’m sure Epcot will have locals coming in on a Friday night. I believe HS is always crowded.
I was thinking about going to AK the Wednesday morning before we check in at CBR? We can do AK earlier in the week on a Monday.
How would you arrange these park days?

I think AK on Wed, HS on Thursday, and Epcot on Friday sounds good. If you were planning on doing Epcot into the evening, then I would be tempted to do Epcot on Thursday and HS on Friday.

Do you think HS will be more crowded on Friday or do you think it won’t matter because it always is at capacity anyway.

I think HS will be crowded every day so it doesn't matter when you plan it for. So I would plan to maximize my other days first and then stick HS on whatever day is left. I think Epcot can get crowded on Friday nights during festivals. If your weekend is July 4th weekend, then I would definitely make Epcot on Thursday since that's the end of Flower and Garden. If its a different July weekend, and there's no festival, I'm not sure how busy a regular Friday night at Epcot will be.

I don’t think there are any festivals that Friday at Epcot on July 9th. I know the F&G festival ends July 5th. You think that Epcot would still be crowded on Friday with no festivals?

I’m sorry, I’m not sure. I typically do MK or AK on Fridays. But maybe someone else with experience can chime in?

Even though HS will probably be at capacity all the time, I’d still rather go there during the week. You’re plan sounds good. AK on wed HS Th and EP Fri.
