Probably September due to the weather but the Sept/Oct dates are all pretty close together so not much. November would probably be more crowded as you get into the holiday season.

The closer you get to the Columbus Day weekend in October, the busier it gets. The sweet spot is usually the few weeks right after Labor Day.

September, you are still far enough away from Columbus day crowds but November is also a great time and beautiful weather too
