Which credit card for best rewards????

I have been using my Disney card for everything trying to get as many Disney Reward Dollars that I could for my Nov. 04 WDW trip. I am going with my friend. She has been using her air miles Visa from Alaska Air and she got a free ticket and I have about $250 in Disney Dollars so far. I think she got more from using her card than I did for the same amount of purchases. The only thing is hers has a $75 yearly fee. I also have a Miles One card from Capital One (which I haven't been using) that doesn't have the fee but you don't get the $50 companion ticket each year, but it only takes 20,000 to get a free ticket. Which one do you think is best? Would it be worth the $75 fee to get the extra ticket? I am new to this so I need help....
