which counter service are good for breakfast in either the parks or any hotel?

I love Wolfgang Puck's express in DTD.

POR used to be one of my favs, but they dropped breakfast service - ah, I really miss my sweet potato pancakes.

where are you staying? i have read that earl of sandwich in DTD serves a great breakfast. pop century has a good breakfast. saratoga springs is okay, not as good as pop. in the parks i'm drawing a blank.

Boatwrights discontinued their breakfast; but it was table service, not counter service. POR's food court still serves a counter service breakfast.

those yummy pancakes were at boatwrights and that indeed has been closed for breakfast. very good breakfast was served there. the food court still serves breakfast.

in Epcot, the Grille( i don't know the whole name of it...Sunshine? ) in the Land by Soarin' has a pretty nice CS brekkie.

At POP we usually get a blueberry muffin or a hot cinnamon roll for a snack credit.

Animal Kingdom Lodge had a really nice bounty platter with waffles, biscuit, eggs, and meat.

POP has so many breakfast options. Pancakes, platters, waffles, eggs, breakfast pizza, and tons of pastries.

MK has the best cinnamon rolls from Main Street Bakery. They're HUGE!
