Which CM Costume Would You Wear ?

I was googling and trying to find photos of the Fantasyland outfits that I like. I came across this photo in someone's blog. Apparently this child's mom made her an outfit like the fantasyland castmembers. Too cute!

And these are the coats that I love. (another one I found on google.)

And she always had to wear nylons, I mean who wears nylons in the real world anymore?

That just brought back memories of when I worked at the Disney Store. We had to wear nylons under our shorts with white socks and tennis shoes. I always thought it was strange to be wearing socks over nylons.

I haven't been to DL in awhile so I'm trying to think of which costume I would want to wear. I know when i've been there in the past that I've seen different costumes I liked and I remember thinking to myself "i would want to wear that one if i worked here" or "yuck, i would hate to wear that one". It's just been so long that i can't remember which ones i was looking at! I would say maybe the materhorn/fantasyland costume. TOT seems like it would be fun too. Actually, what I would really like to be is one of the "ballroom" dancers in the electrical parade (i used to do ballroom/swing dancing). I always thought that would be so much fun and they have lights all over their dresses. :lovestruc

Hooters girls wear socks over nylons!!
I remember those Disney Store costumes. I always told myself I would never work at the Disney Store because their costumes were so dorky, and look where I work now!! The costumes have changed, thank Mickey (actually they are changing again over the next year), but if it were still those brightly colored sweaters and khaki shorts with socks and nylons, I dont think I would have ever applied!!

So, back to the question. I would chose either a costume from any of the hotels, or a plain (without the helmet thing), or to work in first aid  , which is where I plan to be in a few years anyways!!

Cute thread!!

This article makes it sound like they are different now. And it's definitely different in the photo.

I really like the one on the left side!
I wouldn't mind wearing that

Great picks everyone!

We had a nice friendly guide help us recently and she was wearing one of those cute hats.
Gosh, this is a great question!
Hmmmmmm....I really like the Haunted Mansion the most. I love the little doily thing the girls wear in their hair and they have really warm coats in winter too. Yep thats what I would be.:thumbsup2
I WOULD NOT wear the outfits from Aladdins Oasis in Adventureland. I felt sorry that they still had to wear them when the Indiana Jones show was there this summer.

Even when I was a kid I used to say that I would love to work in the Haunted Mansion...just to wear that dress!!! :woohoo:

What are the outfits like at Aladdins Oasis?

The Badges for security aren't Mickey head shaped regular badge shape but they have a red Mickey head kinda embossed on it...and I love their white hats..I told every security guard I saw they should sell those badges...lol
