Which characters at which restaurants?

I know characters are not guaranteed but is there any easy place to find out which characters are generally expected at character dining locations? I've looked here and on the Disney website. It's driving me batty. If there is not an easy list, could you please at least help me find all the locations to expect Mickey? Thanks.

As for restaurants, Mickey is at Ohana breakfast & Chef Mickeys. I'm sure there's more but I can't think of them offhand.

Mickey dining is at Chef Mickey's, Garden Grill, Ohana breakfast (though it's Lilo and Stitch but they say Mickey is there too) and Tusker House in Animal Kingdom.
Mickey's attire is a bit different (theme) in each of the different restaurants.

Ohana is Lilo Stitch Pluto & Mickey. Dont know about Cape May - never ate there.

Mickey is NOT at Cape May. It is Minnie, Donald & Goofy
