Which character meal has Mickey? Regular rate meals?

Also is it regular or premium? What character meals can we have lunch or dinner for the regular rate? If any. Thanks!

From what I understand, Surf's Up at Paradise Pier is the only one with Mickey.

Regular = Surf's Up Mickey and Friends at PPH, Storytellers at GCH and Breakfast at the Park with Minnie and Friends at DL.
Premium = Goofy's Kitchen at DLH and Ariel's Grotto at DCA.
Only one with Mickey it's Surfs Up!

Also what is the Fiddler And practical cafe? It comes up on the "sticky" as a character meal? (sorry for xtra post but I don't know how to edit from my iPad app)

I think Surf's up closes at 11 so I wouldn't plan to go later than 9:30 or 10. That's kind of early for "brunch". Goofy's is open later, but Mickey is not there.

When we've gone, the last seating is 11am, and the characters were still there when we left close to 1pm.

Fifer, Fiddler & Practical is the fancy name for Starbucks. I don't think there are characters there.

The only character meals for dinner are Ariel's and Goofy's.

The breakfast/brunch character options are Storytellers, Goofy's, Surf's Up, Ariel's, and Minnie's.
