I've seen the new AG menu, but that's only for lunch/dinner. Is there a new Breakfast menu? The old one looks horrible!!!

ETA: Okay, now would it be better to have breakfast in the park prior to opening and be inside already OR go to a resort CB before opening????

We did the breakfast in March. It is served family style:
They bring out a 3 tiered stand, the top plate is fresh fruit (grapes, strawberries, melon), the middle plate is salami?, cheeses & 3 types of cream cheese, the bottom plate has bagels, pastries & bread (zucchini, banana that type of bread)

They bring out a hot chafing dish with scrambled eggs, potatoes, bacon & sausage. There was plenty to eat & I'm guessing if you run out of something they would replace it.

I have pics from our trip in my trip report if interested.

Hope that helps!!
By the way.....it was very good!!!!!!

Thanks! It's not breakfast at Disneyland if I can't have Mickey waffles or pancakes. :woohoo:

The 4 other character meals do have the Mickey waffles at their breakfasts.

Goofy's Kitchen is a large buffet from breakfast favorites, fruit, pastries to lunch time kid favorites like chicken nuggets, hot dogs & pizza. This is at the Disneyland Hotel.

Lilo-n-Stitch is a small buffet but very fun with the 2 main characters held at the Paradise Pier Hotel.

Minnie & Friends is a average sized buffet with lots of classic characters in attendance. This is at the Plaza Inn on Main Street.

I'm pretty sure that the Storyteller's buffet has the waffles (haven't been myself) & this is held at the Grand Californian Hotel. They have the jungle/animal characters here.

Ariel's does not offer the Mickey waffles in their breakfast!

We did our breakfast at AG before the park opened. By the time we had finished the park was open and we were able to start getting FPs. :)

I've read that one other place has the Mickey pancakes, but the only place I personally know of is RiverBelle Terrace.

And watch out for how the servers at character b'fasts word things...ours at Storytellers came up and said "would you like any Mickey waffles or pancakes?" I thought "Mickey" was in front of both words, and said yes to both, and she brought out the small Mickey waffles (which I don't care for at all) and normal circle-shaped pancakes. Yawn. She should have said "pancakes or Mickey waffles" to reduce confusion (thankfully DS was interacting with the bears at the time and wasn't there to think he was getting Mickey pancakes like I thought).

I know what you mean about the small Mickey waffles, Molly! I rarely eat pancakes or waffles (though I love them both dearly), but if I do it is going to be at DLR, and I like the BIG Mickey waffle served at Carnation and the BIG Mickey pancakes at River Belle. If I am going to load up on those kinds of carbs and chow down, I want the full-sized Mickey waffle or Mickey pancake! I always skip the mini-Mickey waffles at Goofy's because I resent them for being little!!:lmao::lmao: I have never done it, but I have heard that they can make the full-sized Mickey pancakes at Goofy's if you ask. And the little Mickey pancakes are floating around too at a couple of the character meals.

When I called to make PS for a character breakfast, the earliest seating at the in-the-park places was 20 minutes before the park opened. I was hoping to time it so that we would finish at the same time the park opened but it wouldn't work that way :upsidedow But I have done Ariel's before park opening before and I thought it was neat to walk through an empty park, so that part is pretty cool.
