I cant decide where to book my last reservation... Which character breakfast would you choose?

Does either serve pancakes and which characters have you seen at either.

THANK YOU!

ETA - kids are 9 yo girl, 3 yo girl, 2 yo boy.

We are eating at the Tusker House. There is Donald, Daisy, Minnie, and Goofy. I have heard the food there is one of the best for a breakfast buffet. I don't know about the pancakes but I think they have Mickey Waffles.

We did both of these in March. Personally, I thought the food at Tusker House was much better than H&V. Our character interaction was better at H&V - mostly because it was really empty that morning. However, my kids really didn't know who JoJo and Goliath were, they only knew the Little Einsteins. Of the two, I much prefered Tusker House and while my kids liked have the Einsteins to themselves, they really prefer Donald, Daisy, etc

We had a wonderful experience at Tusker House last year. I really enjoyed the fact that the food had the regular Disney breakfast fare but also had an African flair. The glazed ham was awesome! We saw Mickey, Minnie, Donald, Goofy and Daisy there, all in safari outfits!

Tusker house does a nice breakfast. The Jungle Juice is enough to get my husband back, but the buffet was nice. No pancakes that I remember, but there were Mickey waffles.

We've done play-n-dine at dinner and lunch. I don't mind it at all. It's not great food, but it's mostly edible. DD3 loves Jojo, so we HAD to go!

Tusker House.
Last Year we ate there on our First Day and the Kids loved it. I don't remember if they have Pancakes but the Buffet is Awesome and best of all They have Donuts on the Buffet.:goodvibes

We have eaten at Tusker House several times over the past few trips. We only did the H&V "Play-N-Dine" breakfast once and were not impressed. The character interaction was OK, but the food was the worst I ever ate at WDW. Hope this helps.

We have eaten at Tusker house and really enjoyed it. They have Mickey Waffles, but I don't remember any pancakes. The characters were awesome and they have a parade that they do with the kids....very fun. We haven't eaten at H&V, but my kids are 6 & 8 so they are a little old for Playhouse Disney characters (at least that is what they say).

I've never eaten at tusker house, but that's the one i voted for.

The play 'n dine is ok. The characters are outdated with jojo and goliath still being there. The food was ok but nothing to rave about. It was bad so if you can't get tusker house then i'd use it as a back up.

I have done both my last two trips. We love them both and will continue to do both hopefully every visit. I have to say we like Hollywood and Vine a little bit better than Tusker House. We love the entertainment and every time we go to Hollywood and Vine the food is great. I have noticed some on here have had not very good food but I have never had a problem there. I always no matter what breakfast I do get a earlier breakfast that way we are done by the time the park opens. Maybe that is why we have nothing but great food. :thumbsup2
