Which buildings are considered preferred at All Star Sports?

I know Surfs Up is one preferred location. Are there any others? Is building 10 of touchdown considered to be standard?

I know Touchdown building 10 is now preferred. That's a fairly recent addition. I'm not sure if both TD budilings are but I'm assuming so.
