Which area to request in CSR?

I booked a room at CSR for this weekend and have never been there. Are there any locations that are "prime" that I might want to request ahead of time? I am pretty sure I booked a standard room, whatever the AAA discount is for.

Cabana 9b is close to bus stop 1 and the main building with a short walk to the Dig Site (main pool) over the wooden bridge. Most convenient location and most preferred.

Cabana 8a is close to the Dig Site (and playground) and bus stop 4 with a short walk to the main building.

Cabana 8b and 9a are inbetween the 2 above. 9a has a quiet pool and is also a smoking optional building.

Ranchos 7b has a quiet pool, is close to the Dig Site and bus stop 4 with a bit longer walk to the main building. 7b is behind cabana 8a.

Casita 3 has great courtyard and fountain views but you will have to walk or ride the internal shuttle to get to the pool.

Depends on if you have kids who will use the Dig Site alot.

We asked to be close to it and our water view room was right next to the Dig Site. We never heard any noise/music coming from the pool area but we were super close to the super pool!

We are going there in 3 days, without the children. The high will be in the uper 60's each day so I doubt we'll go in the pool, although the hot tub might lure us in!

What is the best way to be close to the hot tub, restaurants and parking lot (won't need the bus)? Or will I have to choose which is most important? In that case, I could guess the hot tub is the priority because we'd be freezing on the way back to our rooms!!

I areally appreciate all of your help!!

You can't go wrong with any of the cabana buildings to meet your needs above.
