Sent last year and had good dining, Crystal Palace, 50's Primetime, ESPN. Going this year. What are some really good restaurants? Not ones that require 2 TS, but ones like Le Cellier (sp??) etc.

Which ones would you suggest?

Kona Cafe at the Polynesian is good, and I have read decent reports about Grand Floridian Cafe, as well.

Here are places we've had good food and good service (those marked with an * are our favorites):

Magic Kingdom -- Plaza*, Crystal Palace (breakfast)*, Liberty Tree Tavern (lunch), and Tony's

Epcot -- LeCellier*, Biergarten*, Rose & Crown*

Studios -- Mama Melrose*, Sci Fi, Prime Time

Animal Kingdom -- Yak & Yeti*

Downtown Disney -- Fultons*

Beach Club -- Cape May Cafe breakfast* and dinner

Contemporary -- Chef Mickey's

There are three that we've gone to that we will not be going back to because of terrible service (I am very laidback and much does not bother me, but these places were awful) and terrible food: Boatwright's, Hollywood & Vine and Whispering Canyon Cafe

BOMA - a fabulous restaurant with a great variety of good food. However it is Buffet and I am not a huge fan of Buffets (the whole mucking with the food issue:eek:). A good alternative is Jiko (dress code). I find the majority of the buffet's in the parks (Crystal Palace, Hollywood & Vine, Chef Mickey's...) all have the same menu and are very blah and boring. We enjoyed Norway's Akershus (food was a bit better than average in flavor and style, like eating at an Ikea store). Cross Chefs de France off your list(France's food was mediocre at best! Dry steak, flavor-less vegetables and less than appetizing potato dish they attempted to call "gratin" -more like milky soup potatoes)..

We love the International Restaurants of WS in Epcot. All are currently 1 TS.
Our favorites include: Teppan Edo in Japan, Le Cellier in Canada, Restaurant Marrakesh in Morrocco, Biergarten in Germany and San Angel Inn in Mexico.
I loved the Kona Cafe at the Poly. The Poly is also a beautiful resort to visit.
My very favorite, but it is 2 TS, is Jiko at the AKL.
Have a Great Trip.
