Which Airport to Fly Into?

In Florida we fly into Orlando (mco), and have used Sanford once as well...There are others surrounding, but closeset is MCO..

You could fly into Daytona Beach if you don't have plans to stay in Orlando or at WDW before the cruise. The drive from Daytona is directly south to PC and 75 miles instead of 55 from MCO. I would drive the extra 20 miles if the air fare was substantial enough.

Actully Melbourne is the closest airport to fly into. Check out Delta for flights into KMLB.

How do you use DCL transfers when you are flying in the night before? I would love to do this but didn't know it was possible. How do I get the DCL transfers when I am arranging my own air transportation?

If you are using the transfers, why don't you stay at a Hotel near the airport? THe Radisson is quite far away from the airport..You would have to make your own way back and forth...Sorry, just asking..

I would stay at a Hotel with a shuttle service, or oven the Hyatt (deals directly with Disney) and get to the airport in the AM to board the first bus to the port...If you did stay at the Hyatt, they will even take care of your bags for you...

All you have to do is sign up with Disney for the transfers. If you stay at any of the dozen or so hotels just off the airport property, they provide free shuttles to and from Orlando airport and will drop you right off at the Disney busses at the airport.
Never heard of anyone flying into any other airport other than Orlando, it is the only airport set up with transfers to the ship that I know of.
