Which ADR's to make

We are going 3/31 (I know I am WAY late on the whole planning thing) and was wondering which restuarants we should "try" to eat at? It will be Myself, hubby, 3 kids (7 will turn 8 while we are there, 3 and 10 months) and my inlaws! I have no idea where to even start! We did Teppan Edo and I wasn't really impressed. Other than that we really have only eaten outside the parks!

Also is there somewhere that will do something fun for my daughter on her birthday?

As a start, I would go to the WDW web page: http://disneyworld.disney.go.com/dining/listing/

and then select "Where to eat" from the pull down menu to see what is available. I just did a quick check for Mar 31 & Apr 1st for 7 people for "dinner" and there were more than 60 restaurants listed with availability. So, if you know where you are going to be around dinner time you should be able to find something to your liking in that area.

If your daughter likes the princesses I noticed Akershus was available. You could order a special cake for her delivered to the restaurant or your resort as a special surprise for her. Be sure to annotate on your resort reservation as well as your dining reservations that you are celebrating her birthday!
