How do you decide which restaurants to book first? We would like to do most of the favorites, many of which fill up quick. So which ones do I ask for first??

Heres our list in the order we will be going to them (hopefully!):

Teppan Edo
Crystal Palace
Mama Melrose
Le Cellier
Yak and Yeti
Chefs de France
Olivias
Kona
Ohana
Hoop Dee Doo Review (9:30)

Any help would be awesome!

do Le Cellier first...and then you can make any changes accordingly...happy planning!

If you're planning to book at 180 days, it doesn't matter - you'll be able to book anything that's in the system at that point. Even the popular places take hours to fill, if not days or weeks.

If there's an exception to this, it would be the Chef's Table at Viki and Al's, which books through a separate system anyway.

For me, I did my ADR's for our May trip 2 weeks ago and got all the ADR's I wanted included LeCeller, Ohana, Chef Mickey and CP. I did it by the first day I was going to which park and got all of them exactly to the time I want except CP (it was half an hour from the time I wanted). I was so surprise to get everything and I wasn't even booking 180 out. For me I did it the day I arrive and going to Ohana for dinner and then the parks I'll be at and the restaurants I wanted...Good Luck.

Le Cellier first, followed by 'Ohana, then Crystal Palace or Teppan Edo. I don't think it should matter if you are doing 180 days out, it seems like there is a lot of availability right at 180 days. Go online at 6am and you should be fine!

Definitely Le Cellier and 'Ohana first. But don't worry about the 6am thing. Currently reservations are available for both at about 150 days out so you shouldn't have any problems at 180 or even less.

As for Teppan Edo, they are taking reservations still for next month so I wouldn't worry about them. Of course, that doesn't mean you should leave any of your ADRs to the last month.

Definitely do LeCellier first  and then you can work the others around it :goodvibes If you are doing Mama Melrose for the Fantastic dining package, do that one second :thumbsup2 Good luck  Let us know how you make out :)

Thank you everyone!!

When I did this last year it was at 90 days out and I didnt get everything I wanted. Good to know the move back to 180 days is making it easier.

I am getting so excited! 7 months today!!!!
