I have played the Magnolia and it was a round I will never forget, stunning scenery, wildlife i.e. turtles, deer's and an aligator, also great golf holes, I love watching the golf on TV and seeing how well the pro's play the course they are in a different class.
I managed to birdie the par3 third so every time I watch Tiger play that hole and only par it I smile to myself and think I could beet tiger at matchplay (I know only one hole).
Personally, I couldn't imagine giving up any park time for golf!
DH, however, sneaks off for a round or two--or nine everytime we visit WDW. He really likes the atmosphere and views from the Lake Buena Vista course, which is near Old Key West resort. He's says it's very peaceful and beautiful. If he were to only play one course at WDW, it would be Lake Buena Vista. Happy golfing!
I have played the 9 hole walking course, Oak Trail, Osprey Ridge, and Eagle Pines. Eagle Pines was beautiful but they all are. I would love to play the Palm and Magnolia. Those are on the Tour and one of those have a Mickey shaped bunker. You just can't go wrong with any of the courses.
