Which 1 bedroom resort...

Can I book with 2 adults 3 kids and an infant.?
I know that some have a sleeper sofa and a sleeper chair now... and the infant would be in a pack n' play in the bedroom.
Advice please

OKW, BLT, and AKV have 1 bedrooms that have the sleeper chair in the 1 bedroom.

The Member Guide lists: "All Sleep up to 4, most sleep up to 5" for one bedroom villas at the following resorts:
AKV
OKW
And they list "Sleeps 5" for the following:
BLT
(VERO)
(Hawaii)
(Grand California)

You can book any of them. The max occupancy for all 1BR is 5. You just won't all be able to sleep comfortably but you can book at any resort.

Nope, not correct. BWV, BCV, SSR and VWL only sleep four plus one. However, DVC does allow a fifth person aged three or older. But it doesn't allow a sixth person in these villas.

I did not know that OKW could sleep 5 sometimes.

I was told all sleep 4 can take 5 but they only have dishes etc for 4. The CM told me most people bring an air mattress or sleeping bag, I would think you could bring a baby too, but check.

Yes. It it also the biggest and the washer and dryer are full sized as opposed to the apartment style. The sleeper sofa at OKW has queen mattres where the others have a full sleeper sofa.

Not correct. All the one bedroom villas have a queen sized sleeper sofa in the living room. All the studios (except for OKW which has two queen beds) have one queen bed and one double sleeper sofa.

We found OKW comfortable for 2 adults and 3 kids. It is a larger one-bedroom unit in terms of square-footage, and my kids loved that resort.

OKW has the most room. The Living area is so big feels like it could fit a king size air mattress.
Ask for HH area if you don't have a car. Right across from everything.

No, only Kidani Village has two bathrooms in a one bedroom. Jambo House only has one.
