Whic of these TS will embarass DH on his Bday?

My DH will turn 35 while we are on our next trip to the world... My TS plans are set... Which of these will mkae the biggest deal out of his birthday? I'd really like to see him embarassed!!!

i'd say it depends on which way you want to go... but to me, embarass suggests breakfastosaurus as your likely candidate (especially if you get the right server and let him/her know you want it poured on) or whispering canyon cafe.

I was going to say WCC but I see you already have your ADR's. Of the ones you listed I would say Prime Time if you get a good server.

I'm so glad you asked this...I want to do the same thing to DH. He had his bday dinner at LTT last year- - he was not embarrassed at all. We also ate a Teppanyaki and I don't see the embarrassment factor there either.

I'm thinking Prime Time too ... my DH does not eat his vegetables. To him, doritos constitute a vegetable. When do you go -- hopefully you can report back

Well, I have not made ADRs yet, as I am close to the 180 days but not quite there! I know there are restaurants, such as WCC, which would make a bigger and louder deal of his b-day, but we are taking young kids on this trip, so all ressies are being made based on location, location, location. I want to do as little schlepping as possible (tiring and takes up valuable time), so my restaurant choices were limited to where we are on each particular day.

I will report back on how thigns go!!! I am thinking prime Time might be the ticket!! Any other suggestions??

I think if you want to embarress your dh on his birthday than you should go to Whispering Canyon Cafe. The food is great and the atmosphere is a blast. Enjoy

I would say Breakfastasaurus. We had the waiter - the bald guy - can't remember his name, but he was fantastic and would make a big deal out of it.

Teppanyaki - for my dh's birthday, they had a chef hat that they gave him to wear with Happy Birthday written in Japanese on it. It was a little embarassing for dh to wear, but he was a sport.

Now at WCC, that was the most embarassing. Dh had to get up in front of the whole restaurant and lead the Hokey Pokey - very embarassing for dh. I didn't even tell WCC that it was his birthday, I guess the CM marked it on the ADR when I made them because I told them it was his birthday and we were celebrating it the first night we were there at LTT.

Same with Teppanyaki, I never mentioned it was his birthday, the CM must have noted it.

I think Prime Time Cafe-the staff seems to really pay attention to detail and the waiters/waitresses are always fun.

I vote WCC! Some people have to gallop on this lil wooden horse and yell happy birthday to themselves...One person wasn't loud enough and had to go do it out in the lobby! Another time, this one guy was turning 16 so they got together all the girls that were around his age and had them each take turns giving him a kiss on the cheek!

I am not going to throw a damper on things but.....

You know your husband better than me. Will he want the attention? If he's OK with it, go for it 100%. I'm just throwing that out there because if I did something like that to my husband, he wouldn't talk to me for a week. Wait a minute. Is that a bad idea?

We'll be in WDW for DH's b-day this year too. I'm glad this came up so I can make ADRs. He's a natural ham so I kknow he'd be game for pretty much anything.

I hear you on location, location, location......but......WCC is the best! They told the CM it was my birthday - and I got to pick out who had to ride the stick horses around the restaurant and lobby! Needless to say, to make it a bit more fun, I selected some people from the other tables.

You can take a boat from the Magic Kingdom to the WL. The boat ride is relaxing and dinner will be a lot of fun!

Go To WCC!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It is very easy to get too. A boat ride from Magic Kingdom. Or a monarail ride and boat ride from Epcot. Or a bus ride from anywhere else. It will be worth it and the kids will love it too!

On our trip last year, we were celebrating my Mom's birthday at Ohana. I told our waiter and he made her do the limbo! Then he held two small plates above her head and made her into a Mickey! We have a great picture of that!
