I usually check the resale listings on Monday morning. I don't see their links??

They also have an automated e-mail that will send you listings daily. I'm not sure how I initially set this up. Maybe a mailing from a prior agent? You may want to send them an e-mail to see how to be put on this list. I've been getting it every day for a long time now.

Where it lists the DVC forums, there used to be a "sponsored by" sign there. I wonder if it has something to do with point rentals and the other sponsor.

TSS and the DIS have had a long relationship since the beginning of the DIS and I understand the the owners are friends. The ads will rotate and the DIS is always fine tuning to provide us with better service. The DIS is also moving to different servers this month if not completed already so that may have an impact on the ads or sponsor banners.
