Where's the rates. . .

With Easter being so late this year, April 24, I would imagine that the rates for the weeks leading up to Easter are going to be really high. I'll just have to wait and see what happens when they release rates. We are going for just one night...April 14, the day we arrive. We'll stay that night and head over to Cocoa Beach the next day. But, I am not paying over $400 to stay onsite at US/IoA, as well as paying to park my car at the resort. That's nuts. We'll stay off-site and deal with it.

Does anyone know when AAA rates will be out? I booked 2 weeks ago over the phone. Let's say a better AAA rate comes out. Do I book with AAA or call universal hotels back? This is our first trip to Universal!

We had Bay view Portofino Suite for $164 this week which is lower than I've ever gotten before, so there is hope!

Well after perusing the costs of the rooms and packages for August 2011 online today I think I am going to sit on it. May have to stick with fd at WDW and do a day trip to USO

I'm thinking I'm just not sure I want to spend close to $350 for Royal Pacific for one night...April 14. Kinda high. I suppose the AP rates aren't out but I can't imagine those will make a huge difference. I was really hoping for under $300. I guess we'll see what happens.

That was APH. We got RPR for $134 as well. We did a split stay.

Today I am able to pull up "Stay More, Play More" rates for our May/June 2011 trip on-line. Rates are coming up at RPH for $199 weekdays (5 nights). Decent but not as low as I was hoping. If I book now they charge a deposit but that is fully refundable if I cancel the reservation, correct? Club level is coming up $80 more per room and I'm not sure if I can justify that cost. Especially if we get 2 rooms. I am a family of 5 and may be joined by my adult sister.

I see now. Our dates our June 7 -12th, no deals. I put in June 7th to 10th the stay more play more is $224. Was hoping for under $200.

I had originallly booked at rack rate at RPH for $249/night but was able to switch to the "Stay More, Play More" rate of $224/night for June 5-8, 2011. Thanks for posting!
