Where's the best babysitting thread?

There seems to be hundreds of fairy godmother/kids nite out/club threads on this board. Can someone send me a link to the best thread for advice on babysitting. I'm trying to convince my wife to use a sitting service during our next trip. Our kids will be around 2 and 4.
