Where's the after hours cast members parties?

I always like to go to concerts of local bands instead of the famous mega bands because I often get invited to after show parties. It's fun to share a beer with the artists and chat with them.

Where's the after hours cast members parties? I would like a similar experience to local band's after concert parties. Where do cast members hang out and party after hours?

You might want to ask your question over on The College Board. There are a lot of College Program cast members, many who live in Disney dorm rooms, and they've been known to party pretty regularly.
