Hopefully, Alabama is our next stop-when we retire, about 10 more years. For now, we're in very southern Texas (250 miles south of San Antonio, previously from Worcester, MA. On paper our second home is VWL, but for DH, there's no place except OKW.

I'm a native and DH is from southern Illinois, but has transplanted to Louisiana very well.

Southwest Mississippi, but we're transplants. We're just a ways north of New Orleans. Native Alabamians, though!

We go to Baton Rouge frequently, lsutigger ... DD loves that Mall of Louisiana. The Melting Pot, too.

Not many Mississippians are DVC members. Guess it's the problem of having to travel on all those unpaved roads to get anywhere, and since Disney requires that you wear shoes, that counts a lot of folks out.
